All items are shipped from our warehouse in Mansfield, Ohio, unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped “Best Way” to save you cost … unless otherwise specified on order.
We can ship FOB China if needed, just request a quote.
Luxe Light Décor Inc. accepts all major credit cards by person, phone, email or ACH. Credit cards for deposits are charged after review of order and confirmation will be sent to you.
Any balance on order is due 2 days before shipment of product. Credit cards will be charged on the day of shipment for the product that is being shipped.
Prepayment of any order will be cancelled and returned to stock after 14 days of scheduled ship date if full payment has not been received.
Any returned check will have a $ 50.00 fee that will be added to the balance due, in addition to any fees you may occur by your bank.

All Special orders require a 50% deposit payable upon placement of the order. This order may be canceled within 7 days of the sale date; you will receive a refund of your deposit at that time. After 7 days, Luxe Light Décor cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of Special Order merchandise and your non-refundableDeposit of 50% will be forfeited. Vendor ship times vary. Luxe Light Décor urges our customers to fully inspect all shipments when received.
All claims must be made in writing by email within 14 days of receiving the product to be honored.
Any claim must include invoice number, item number and affected quantity. Photos may be required.
Luxe Light Décor will issue a replacement if available or may issue a credit on the account if the claim is authorized.

Any item returned MUST have a return authorization. Any unauthorized will be refused and returned to sender. Any undamaged or refused merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any items returned must be returned and must be in original packaging.
